i found the staff very amazing and super professional. thomas and all other staff were great. i noticed room staff were also professional and helpful. the large tub was a wonderful setup.
The steam room was not working. there was not enough storage room. It was not big enough. the breakfast did not offer enough choice, sadly.

the location proved ideal, with artisan bakeries and nice restaurants close by. my room faced the garden, so it remained very quiet throughout my stay. the customer service was excellent, and i found the room very clean and updated.
i found the breakfast buffet somewhat limited. i wasn't told about the option to order freshly made eggs until my last day. this information would have enhanced my breakfast experience.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. many locations throughout the city are accessible using a short uber ride. it is set in a nice quiet area, a little distant from tourist attractions.

my room had a really comfortable bed and a great shower. it was clean. the room decor was darling, inviting atmosphere. badekåpe and tøfler were provided as well.
